A little disappointed

We researched quite a bit and decided on this model. Unfortunately we have been disappointed with a few things including-dishes are not always clean, very inconsistent; utensils are never completely clean and rack is difficult / awkward to load and unload; never know when it starts, button doesn't let you know it's activated. Positive is how quiet it is but I would take a true cleaning anytime over noise level. Yes, we have even tried "heavy" load to clean dishes better but to no avail. I would return of eligible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very disappointed. My broken one washed dishes better. The silverware holder also prevents dishwasher from closing. Terrible mistake getting the most expensive. Wish I had somthing else

Fooled by the loo

I wish that I hadn't purchased this dishwasher. From day one my dishes on the top rack have not gotten cleaned. I purchased this particular unit because of the extra sprayer for the top dishes. On top of that I was told by thE service tech that I HAVE TO use jet dry for this dishwasher to be effective and not leave spots on dishes.
Thus is the second GE product that I've purchased and had problems with. Never again will I buy another GE product

Washing is great, drying not so great.

The machine is very quiet, and the washing function works great, but the drying function does not. There are always some dishes that have to be hand dried, especially on the top shelf. Also miss having a rinse only function.
