Super Quiet!

super quiet actually had to open dishwasher door to make sure it was filling with water. only dislike was that if you don't use the heat drying function there seems to be an excessive amount of water clinging to the door and racks, instead of beading off to the bottom of dishwasher. otherwise dirty dishes clean very well even on light cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazingly Quiet! Amazingly Clean!

I was looking for a quiet, efficient dishwasher with a sophisticated look to it and this GE dishwasher far surpassed my needs and expectations. It is amazingly quiet; we can't even tell it is on when it is running. The adjustable shelf gives more room when I need it and the additional spraying arms gets the dishes super clean. It has all the features of "higher end" dishwashers without the higher price tag. I'm so glad I purchased this GE dishwasher!

SOOOOOOO QUIET!

OMG it's so quiet you don't even know it's running. Very clean lines attractive exterior. Black sleek exterior is easy to wipe clean. Stainless steel interior is excellent. Love the front utensil baskets. Plenty of room for the extra silverware we use.

I did not realize you can only put plates, cups, and silverware in to be cleaned. When I put anything else in nothing comes clean. I am disappointed in the performance of this dishwasher.

Bought this unit to replace one that was out of warranty and was costing a fortune to repair. Features are great especially the large capacity.

Terrible...doesn't clean my dishes!!!!

I had my other GE Profile for almost 15 years and it worked great, only had to get a new one because the door broke. I wish I would have just had it fixed it. This new one is terrible, it doesn't clean my dishes. I've read the manual 100 times and followed everything it says and still the flatware comes out dirty and dull looking! In addition the top tray is much smaller than my previous GE and the design makes no sense in how you are supposed to put in the glasses, etc. I am very close to calling GE and complaining. I can't imagine having to live with this dishwasher for another 15 years! To top it off the the company who I bought it from and installed it took a big chunk out of my counter top while installing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Dishwasher

The dishwasher is nice. We have a baby so it is convenient that there are silverware holders on the top drawer. It's a great place for pacifiers, baby spoons, etc. things that can't go on the bottom shelf. The only drawbacks are that it's a bit noisy and if put on heated dry the dishes come out scalding hot.
