So quiet!

We purchased all GE profile appliances for our new to us home in February. This dishwasher is so quiet, and because I rinse everything before I load it, I just use the light wash setting with power dry and we are very happy with the results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's quiet

New dishwasher is so quiet, we often have to walk over and listen to hear it running. The only sound we hear is when it drains. Does a good job getting dishes clean, though maybe not 100%.

Very Nice Dishwasher but ...

Make sure you hire an installer -- my husband and I decided we'd install it ourselves, thinking it would be a piece of cake -- wrong! Took us approximately 4 hours and lots of patience trying to reach some nearly impossible areas to turn a screw with limited room to do so! Now that it's in, its probably the quietest DW I've ever owned, seems to do a great job, and looks beautiful!

I like the features and it does clean dishes as opposed to my old GE dishwasher. The noise level does not meet the advertised quietness. I can hear it swishing and changing gears two rooms away. I don't need the led light to tell me it is washing. And believe me my hearing isn't as good as it used to be.

Bought this dw when redoing our entire kitchen. Got it as a package deal. We like the clean look of it (buttons hidden on top) and it is SUPER quiet while running. It gets the dishes clean and has several design options for loading. I wish that it did not steam up (thereby leaving steam marks) the outside front. I wipe down my appliances enough with a 2.5 year old and puppy. This is a negative. Overall, it seems to be pretty good at doing its' job!
