factory defect

Bitumen tub wrap peeled off under the door. Supposed to be heat-bonded and/or glued on depending on location. Large chunks peeled and fell off after less than 6 weeks use. Dishwasher replaced, but with same unit. Fingers crossed...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I expected higher quality

This machine performs well, but we've had a lot of weird issues.
For instance, the door doesn't really close all the way very easily. We have to really shove it closed, and sometimes it pops back open, leaving the dishes unwashed. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with some black vinyl that was sticking out of the bottom after they installed it. We had to break it off to be able to move the door.
Also, the plate that goes over the buttons has gotten snagged on our pants legs twice, broken off, and we had to call the repair guy. It took him a few weeks to repair it because he had to first order a new one, then he said it was really hard to get back on without breaking the little tabs on it.
It's been disappointing since we spent more than we usually do on this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So quiet

Our dishwasher was installed as part of a kitchen renovation. We are very pleased. It get dishes clean, of course, but so quietly. I like the reminder that the rinse aid is getting low and that it easy to use. Dishes fit in the top and bottom racks smoothly and easily. I like that the washer arms turn clockwise and counterclockwise, providing what I consider to be a better wash and rinse. And I like the bottle holder arms for tall glasses.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality Issues with Product

I bought this a few months ago and we have had consistent quality issues with the top rack. It becomes misaligned after a few uses and starts to block proper closure of the dishwasher. We also have had to replace the bottle cleaning apparatus.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dishwasher doesn't do that great of a job cleaning. The outer cover pops when wiping it down

Love the jets specifically for bottles and thermos. Adjustable racks for holding larger dishes and pots. Features for washing, drying, rinsing are fabulous!

I have had this dishwasher now for several months , have tried loading dishes differently etc and no luck on getting a good dry load. very frustrated
