Nice product with active vent

Product has nice features especially active vent in a quiet stainless steel dishwasher. In our experience, This dishwasher does not require rinse aid for glass or ceramic wares due to Active vent.
However, a third tray for ladles would have been useful.
Also, trying to find out why some rubber sheet is breaking from door bottom

Easy to Use

I bought the more expensive GE Profile Dishwasher with the bottle washers thinking paying more would mean my dishes would be super clean, but have been disappointed as the dishes and glassware aren't always clean. I sometimes have to rewash some items. The complete cycles seem a bit long, taking over an hour to wash, rinse and then dry a load, so we mostly opt out of the drying cycle to shorten the duration. I do like the versatility of being able to adjust the upper shelf and the roominess inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is SO Quiet!!!!

We bought this dishwasher as part of a complete kitchen remodel. The stainless steel is beautiful the "hidden" controls are great. The best part is that it is so quiet and you can't even tell it's running, even if you are sitting at the kitchen table. Oh, it does a great job cleaning the dishes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is just installed today. While came into house for delivery, water came out from hose which was surprising for a new dishwasher. Explanation given by installer/delivery person as during test by manufacturer some water might stay in the unit.
My question: Is this normal as never observed it before?
My wife ran first time with normal option. Couple of tea mugs did not come clean. Some glasses were also not cleaned the way it should be.
We replaced 14 years old dishwasher (another brand) as it was getting old and kids want to give gift to mother with new profile gas range and dishwasher.
Dishwasher settings might need some more adjustment but my wife not happy yet-:))

We've had this dishwasher for just over a month and love it, the bottle washing feature is great for our baby and the unit is very quiet, unlike our last one.
