Has quality problems

After using it 4 times the door broke off the hinges. We are waiting for repairs and are washing dishes the old way, by hand! Also when it did work it does not dry the contents situated in the top rack well. So far a disappointing product.

Cycle Interrupted

We have had this machine for four years, had it "repaired" numerous times all for the same issue and we are done with this headache. Since brand new, the door to this washer will not seat properly enough to remain closed throughout a single cycle. We have to restart the machine two or three times at least for every wash. Not once have I been able to set it to run while I am work or overnight, to return to a load of clean dishes. We have reinstalled and balanced the machine, changed to latching system, replaced the whole door, you name it and NOTHING has worked. I am so ready to be done with this machine and this brand!

Nice appearance, washes well

When I built a home in 2015, it was our 2nd, and the "forever" house, i.e. the plan is to stay here. We are very fortunate, and built a nice, large home. In that context, we were encouraged by the builder and his subs to buy higher end, more expensive kitchen appliances, boche and stuff like that. I felt the prices were just too high, though I was nervous about going all in on Profile due to a poor experience with a GE washer. However, 5 years in, I am very happy with this, the fridge, range, hood, and microwave. In particular, I was told that the GE dishwasher wasn't going to clean dishes etc like the German products. That has turned out to be false. GE let me down on the washer, but I have to give credit on the Profile line, which is well done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this Dishwasher

Cleans exceptionally well, with no spotting. We have not challenged this Profile Dishwasher, but when we did put pots/pans in they came out clean. My only complaint is with the installation. Install was difficult (synthetic countertop), so the Dishwasher wasn't leveled properly , and the kick-plate is missing screws to hold it on. We use the time delay to run dishes during economy electricity prices.

Doesn't really dry, broke down after 5 years

Relatively quiet, convenient internal layout. But: doesn't really dry the dishes, even after "dry" regime and sanitizing (hot water at the end of the cycle). Broke down after 5 years of moderate use (washing every other day)

Same the money and problems!

This product has issue new out of the box and after service and waiting on parts, it worked poorly for the last 5 years cleaning dishes when it was in the mood. I don't recommend this product as it lacks the quality the Profile line had in the past. It does run quiet, but that might be because it doesn't really use much water or really clean the dishes. But it looks nice in the kitchen!

Racks don’t last

I have had a dishwasher since 1974 and never had problems with the prongs on the racks. My dishwasher is a little over 5 years old and now has 3 broken prongs on the top rack. This makes loading glasses especially challenging. The service man told me the cost of replacing the rack is expensive and unfortunately it’s out of warranty.
