So far a pain

I choose this based on top 10 reviews of dishwashers. We have always had Kitchen Aid. Well just with this installation and 3 &1/2 hrs cycle for normal wash, heat dry & sani cycle; it has been a poor choice. We are trying to secure the dishwasher to the kitchen cabinets. We called to see if the top rack comes out to assist with this process. Your rep said this is not the first call and no the top rack does NOT come out. The treads from the water valve cross threaded due to a burr on the plastic valve so we had to order another delaying the installation 5 days. Not a good first impression. The first thing we noticed is the door is much lighter than our Kitchen aid. We are all for made in the USA but listen to your consumers!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Silent and efficient

This has been running smoothly and silently for while now with minimum few times that we had to re-wash something coming out of a cleaning cycle.
I am about to buy a new condo and will look for same brand and model for my new unit.

This dishwasher does a great job of cleaning my dishes and is very quiet. I like the light on the front that tells you if the dish washer is washing or not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible drying functionality

Unit washes dishes as expected but they are always soaked after the drying cycle. We've tried Power Dry and the normal wash cycles to no avail. Very disappointed.
