Does not drain after one month!

Hi, purchased this appliance to match with my microwave and oven. I thought the GE brand would guarantee good quality. At first it was nice and really quiet operation. After a couple of weeks, the glasses started to look streaky even though I had rinse aid in. Last week, it stopped draining the water, leaving 1-2" standing in the bottom of the tub. I'm disappointed to have to find a way to repair it..,,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It doesn't clean very well unless you rinse off the dishes before putting into washer, never got a manual when purchased on how to use dishwasher, dishes do not stack very well and doesn't hold as many dishes as 12 year old dishwasher I had...

Very disappointed with this product. Inside layout is worthless, drying feature only sometimes dries dishes, silverware rack have to remove handle so jets aren't blocked. I can fit more in my 20yr old dishwasher and didn't have to dry when done.

Extremely disappointed! In the 14th month of use and it has lost all power multiple times, the top rack won't slide all the way out without forcing, and waiting for 3rd visit for the same reason with Christmas Eve as the next available appointment, leaving us with no dishwasher for over 2 weeks again. I'd give a much better score for features if this nice looking, higher end dishwasher played a tone that alerted the dishes were clean every time you open the door until reset by the user. Instead, the light on the front goes out the first time you open it. It does however play a happy tune every time you open the door (which can be turned off).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall Not Well Built

I recently purchased all GE appliances and this dishwasher was a big disappointment. Install directions were horrible and I did not receive a user manual. I have experience with installing dishwasher. The top rack actually fell apart and all the ball bearings came out and went all over the place. For the price this dishwasher was not near as well built as my older GE dishwasher.

Super Quiet Dishwasher

I replaced a ten year old GE Profile dishwasher two months ago and couldn't be more pleased with this product. This Profile model is extremely quiet, efficient, reasonably priced and it looks great in Slate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While the dishwasher runs quietly, it takes forever to achieve desired results and getting dishes dry is problematic.
