If it could only DRY!!

We got this as part of our new home package and really might be the worst dishwasher ever!

We installed this product in our new house and it was not working properly at first. A technician came to our house and fixed it. Now that it is working, we paid an extra premium for this dishwasher, but it does not perform as well as we expected. Plates don't fit well, the spinning water dispensers hit the plates, pots, pans and silverware when spinning given that the baskets that hold the dishware don't have smaller wires that don't let things go through. The complete process of cleaning, even in a normal cycle takes very long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher is over priced and the quality is horrible. We have to leave the door open after a wash so the dishes air dry because the dish washer does not dry the dishes. Water remains on all dishes after every wash. Very disappointed in this TOP OF THE LINE product. DO NOT BUY GE PRODUCTS

Have to rewash dishes and silverware

Runs very quiet but,,,have to SOS the steak knives because it leaves brown spots on them, blades up and all for better washing. Hate the configuration of the silverware rack. Some of the plates do not get clean as they clump together even though there are spacers and I pre rinse everything before washing. Settings go back to top or bottom wash so you have to get your glasses to make sure it is set every time to wash both top and bottom. Looks good but it is a pain and not a good choice.
