The Best Choice

We bought this wanting a good wash and silent. I can't seem to get my husband to rinse off his plate well enough so a good wash was important. We couldn't be more satisfied. Lol the other day I was talking to my husband while standing by the dishwasher. Iit is so quiet that I opened it during the cycle forgetting that I had started it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet but high maintenance-things I wish I'd known

Pros: This is by far the quietest dishwasher. The bottle jets are nice but the bottles don't dry. Cons: It leaked, then the heater broke, and the whole top part around the buttons cracked within a week of install and we are NOT rough on our products. We still have difficulty getting the dishes dry even after raising the water temp, using Power Dry cycle, choosing Sanitize, which makes for an over THREE hour cycle (this all defeats using the "Normal" wash cycle that is recommended), loading dishes according to the manual, (so far over a three hour cycle) and leaving the door open for a while after cycle finishes (not realistic when we run it after dinner) . The door is difficult to shut and we feel like we have to really shove it to get it to lock. It would be hopeful that we just have a lemon but the repair guy came and said it's working ok. It easily uses 5-6 times the amount of Jet Dry as our last dishwasher. In three months, we have gone through the sample bottle plus two more. It should re-start if you add a dish and then shut the door, but you must hit start for it to resume. The silverware baskets have very high handles which doesn't allow you to put one at the top for things you want away from high heat (measuring spoons, corn holders, small lids, etc.) I'd also like to know how to clean the front as it seems to pick up water drops and stain the stain"less" steel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought a little over 5 weeks ago. Door doesn't shut right and cleaning tab doesn't always get used up.

Looks great, but it is just a dishwasher.

This dishwasher has lots of great features, but what drew me to it was the wash cycles. There are many to choose from to tailor to the specific load's needs. We've had the washer for about four months, though, and the magic is gone. Just like every other dishwasher I've ever had, each dish really needs to be cleaned off before loading. I have been pulling out silverware that I needed to rewash and even got a glass out yesterday that still had the lipstick mark on the lip. The detergent has stained the inside of the door and sometimes looks like it hasn't completely rinsed off. And there is no way to know how much rinse aid is still held in the compartment. But it is very quiet has a very pleasant ding to alert you that the cycle is finished.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this unit back in December and the top plate that covers the buttons is out of alignment it actually fell off at one point and is not able to be put on correctly... the only other issue I have is with drying cycle dishes still come out with a considerable amount of water. Would appreciate it if you could add an additional dry cycle. Other than that it works well and is considerably quieter than our last unit.

The wash/dry cycle is very long. An unless you use power dry the dishes and inside of the dishwasher remain very wet.
