Had to have a service call to fix display screen within a few months of purchase...covered under warranty but new products shouldn't require service calls.

We just bought this to replace a KitchenAid that was only 7 years old. This product is so quiet, do not even know it is running sitting 4 feet from it. Clean lines, and just looks like a quality appliance.

Hard to keep clean. The drying feature does not dry the dishes all the way. There sometimes is an odor even though I clean it once a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large capacity and extremely quiet

I've had this dishwasher for about 2 months now and it performs great. It is incredibly quiet and handles very large loads. Only one or two times have I been able to "overload" it to the point that some dishes were not 100% clean. The user interface is easy to use and tells you the wash time for each type of cycle. The heated dry feature is great for washing your dishes without residual water marks. There are 3 spinning water jets that make sure the dishes are hit from all angles, as well as 3 direct jets that spray into individual glasses on the top rack.
All in all, I am very pleased with this dishwasher. The only con I can think of is that upon installation, the dishwasher leaked at first but this was due to a slight bend in the gasket around the door that was easily fixed. No leaking instances have occurred since.
I would recommend this to a friend!
