We bought this appliance about 8 months ago and so glad we did. You can barely hear it operating unlike others we had which were making a lot more noise.

Wonderful Appliance

We bought this appliance about 2 months ago, and were immediately impressed with how many changes have been added to improve the dishwasher since the last GE Profile we had installed in 2004. Controls, washing choices, and overall operation of the dishwasher provides us with a lot more efficient and quieter appliance.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this dishwasher for over 2 months now. I love the options but there are a few trouble spots depending on what you need to wash and where it goes. If I have a large cutting board on the bottom and want to use the bottle washer for tall bottles I can't wash both because... if the bottle is too tall I need to lower the upper tub but can't because of the large cutting board is underneath. Its a matter of choosing what to wash where.
If I have any type of film on the dish and wash on the boost temp it still comes out with a film on it so I make sure to swipe off all the dishes with the rougher side of a sponge. I Haven't tried the hottest temp because it defeats the purpose of energy saving.
Now for the good stuff, sooo quiet, easy to use the controls, Best of all for me I can do a smaller load by choosing the bottom or top tub to save water and money.
All that said I did give it 4 stars, enjoy!

Can you say awesome?! My children are no longer little and I thought a bottle washer option wasn't necessary, but with addition of my new twin nieces, what a fantastic idea! The convenience, particularly with twins, has been a real help. The peace and piece of mind knowing they are clean and sanitized the first time around is a real time saver. As with the rest of the kitchen set, the slate looks beautiful and as those little nieces of mine grow, the time not wiping off finger prints will be spent much better playing with them.

Good but not perfect

Outside: The outside shows all finger prints & water spots!
Inside: Less loading room than we had in our previous models.
Don't care for the bottle wash feature-good if you had baby bottles to wash
Cleaning: If the dishes aren't loaded in a perfect formation, they don't get clean. The hot water MUST to hot, so we had to install a small hot water heater just for the dishwasher.
