I have been a GE customer for years. In fact all of my appliances are GE. That being said this is the worst dishwasher I've ever had..had it for 3 months already replaced once. This one doesn't get dishes clean even on heavy..and that's over 2 hours..run don't walk! Don't buy this..

The dishwasher did not work when installed. Took a month to get repaired, then the door leaked on the first load. Doesn't clean the dishes very well.

I up dated my ge dishwasher in December of 2014, I'm very dissatisfied

This product is of poor quality. Within two months of purchase water leaks from the gasket on the door and the door close sensor failed shortly after the water issues started. For a product at this price point I am very disappointed

If dishes are too tall in front, the soap dispenser will not completely empty, leaving soap in dispenser, and dishes are slimy. In addition you need to lean on the door to get the door to engage and have the cycle start

Don't buy - needs service after 2 weeks

We bought this Profile dishwasher along with a Profile range, Profile refrigerator, and GE microwave. After having it 2-1/2 weeks, it needs a service call. The door will not fully open. Three days after reporting it to GE, no fix yet. That's a short time frame, but so too is only having it 2-1/2 weeks before it needed service. I REALLY expected it to last longer. My old GE dishwasher ran for 13 years without a call, this one barely made it past 13 DAYS!

Well, so much as for buying top of the line. Dishes don't stack well and don't always clean well. Drying is not good. Have to pre rinse.

Quiet, cleans well, but problem with the door

I bought this unit six months ago. Pros: Extremely quiet. Great rack design. Very easy to load Fiesta ware dishes. Great for glasses of all sizes. Washes well on normal wash cycle. WE LOVE the slate finish rather than stainless. CONS: Door does not want to stay closed on some occasions. Had the latch replaced and had the dishwasher adjusted and leveled in place. But door will still pop open at times. The latch is a spring loaded locking latch.
If it wasn't for the door, it would be one of the very best dishwashers we've had.
