unit doesn't have count down timer. dishes come out wet even with dry cycle and heat boost.

We have had this product about 6 weeks and enjoy the features, but have to scrub the dishes well before loading or they do not come out clean. The machine is not quiet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love how quiet this dishwasher is and it really does a great job cleaning. However, it does not dry our dishes at all.

Very nice dishwasher - VERY quiet

We have been most amazed that you can hardly even tell if it is running. All of our previous dishwashers you could hear them running. This one is so quiet you can't tell it is running until you hear the water draining in the sink. Dishes get clean. Very pleased so far.
