The new microwave seems to be doing fine. Sometimes it will flash " power failure" and there was no power failure. but it will still let me plug in the times for the use of it. I can also set the clock and the other functions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this in November and had to have it serviced in May because the turntable kept running without me starting the microwave.

Not as good as old GE microwave

I got this when I upgrade to stainless. My old GE microwave was working just fine after 11 years but it was white. This new microwave says it has the same watts as my old but everything takes longer to cook/defrost...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unhappy cannot see through the front while things are cooking burnt the popcorn on the popcorn mode button

Microwave is easy to use and more powerful than my last GE microwave. Only down side is I wish the light bulb inside was a little brighter.

Poor quality control

I am now on my 3rd unit within 2 weeks, 1st unit failed after one week. When opening next unit, large dent on door. 3rd unit has worked successfully now for one and crossing my fingers for it lasting at least year while still under warranty

Mushy Door Latch

Nice stainless steel finish. Cooks quickly and evenly. Easy to understand panel, and I like the quick selection features. The only negative is a door latch that must be pushed very deeply to get the door to open, and it must be pushed dead center. I have concerns that the latch will work correctly across years.
