Don’t Buy This Microwave

This microwave was purchased a year and a half ago to replace a no-name brand that lasted fifteen years. We got a good eighteen months out of the GE unit before it stopped working. Run, don’t walk, away from this microwave. We will probably never buy another GE appliance again.

WORKS WELL, NOT CRAZY OVER THE REHEAT FEATURE

This machine replaced another GE Microwave, and basically works the same. I miss the one touch beverage feature, as this one seems to take a little longer. the reheat feature is virtually worthless, as one cannot interrupt it without invoking an "ERR" message, so pausing to stir or move the contents is out of the question. Other than that, it is a good solid microwave.

Just the right size.

This microwave fits the countertop nicely. It works great and has good power. The only downfall is how our fingerprints showed up on the front use.

The microwave starts up whenever you open the door. If it was already running then it also keeps running even after opening the door.
