NO after sales support

i bought this laptop in april 2015 from lenovo store and with 2 month it all usb stop working, i have been trying to call call centre, service centre . their is no suitable response from . it the worst product . i regret why did i buy this now .

Light and powerful

So light and thin, yet great performance.
My first touch screen computer, and I've embraced it. it's great for regular consumer-type tasks of email and web. Not so great for producer-type tasks like large document creation and programming, i.e. typing intensive activities.
The main Yoga feature is its hinge, and it is amazing. After a year of use, the hinge is still working perfectly. I must admit that the Yoga's tablet mode is not too useful; even as light as it is, the computer is too heavy for holding like a tablet for extended periods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Purchase Ever

This is the worst laptop I've ever used. Half of the websites I go onto don't function properly. Images don't show up on some websites. Videos are messed up on others. And I'm not running too many apps or pages at once, and my Wi-Fi is not the issue. No matter how good my connection is, websites and certain features just don't work. I've installed every driver and update Lenovo recommends, but nothing helps. Everything about this laptop is disappointing. My screen cracked from normal use and I can't even put in a request for service because Lenovo website pages don't work (on any devices I try to use). This product and the customer service have ensured that I will never buy a Lenovo product again.

Not reliable.

When I got the computer I thought it was the best thing ever. Then when working on a paper on battery mode the screen would go off and on when I would move the mouse the screen would come back on but would go off and on once more. Very annoying let me tell you. I would have to plug it in to get rid of the problem. The battery was half way so I really do not understand why it would do that. Then the tablet form was sluggish very not accurate when trying to point on the touch screen.
Very disappointment.

No Problems until Windows 10

This has been a great unit. Since Win10 some of the features are not working. Two finger functions and some tablet functions are not working. Waiting for an update from Lenovo to fix these!

UNPREDICTABLE

Bought this last Christmas as a returned/ refurbished item in the John Lewis sales and I think I know why the original purchaser returned it. Has proved to be the worst computer I have ever owned - and I've owned computers since the mid 80's. Mouse pad has mind of its own as does the screen which will sometimes allow touch screen in pad position and sometimes not. In particular the on screen keyboard does not always pop up. Was hoping the coming update to Microsoft 10 would help but judging by the comments I may not bother.

This tablet is outstanding in every way. From the
Dolby simulated surround sound to the nifty stand.
With the latest Android OS this device jumps. And the 1920 resolution is brilliant.
Value for money it's number one
I would recommend this to a friend!
