I just used my oven to cook a roast beef for the first time and we realized that the oven temperature was way off. we used two thermometers to see the difference. we had to up the temperature setting to 400 deg. to get 350 degrees, we are going to follow the instructions in the manual to correct this, I hope it works, because I was very disappointed and our dinner was late.

We converted our gas and needed a new stove. This is an upgrade from our previous one. Nice features but still wish it came with the griddle.
