My main issue with this phone is that the camera lens cover on the rear facing camera is cheap plastic and sticks out from the back, which if you have it in a case might be okay, other wise the cover gets scuffed and all your pictures are lousy once that happens - why isn't this camera cover at least gorilla glass? Please change this design.
Just before my one year warranty expired the phone started heating up and draining the battery - fortunately I am getting a replacement but if this had been a week later it would not have been a pleasant experience.

Great springboard into the Note Series

I have the original Note and at first made fun of the huge size of it. BUT! Love it. Purchased it as a Christmas gift for myself and sister. Great for reading. . . watching movies and performs as a great all in one tool as a IT consultant/technician.
Now I want the Note 11. Just to get all the Jelly Bean Features that I did not get when I upgraded my current Note to JB.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, 2 for 1 one device
Cons: upgrade to jb lack of all features

I have had this phone since July 2012 and it never stops amazing me. I love how big the screen it is and how many good features it has. The only downfall of the phone is the battery and android cannot show emojis. I would love it even more if it would fix the battery life.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, big screen
Cons: battery life, cannot remove built in apps

Wonderful Phone

I've had this phone for over a year now. I originally got it because I needed a large screen to read information in real time.
It works perfectly, the only thing. I can't WAIT to get the Galaxy Note 2! The one knock is the slower processor. But that's to be expected from the first generation.
Keep it up Samsung.

The good and the bad

I loved this phone to death. I got it originally because the size but it offered so much more than that. After about a year the charger port went out so i had to get a new one. And recently it had an issue with the battery and it was swollen so i bought a new battery then worked fine. But now it's starting to glitch out with the touch screen apparently samsung knows about the software issue with the android 3.0-4.1 the touchscreen will start to glitch out and turn the phone off. So i'm stuck between leaving samsung all together or staying a true fan and getting the note 3 i haven't decided yet.

Cons: Poor quality

With a huge screen, cutting edge features and gorgeous colors this phone is a sight to behold. Loved it so much that I bought the Note 3!
