My old machine same as this one decided to retire. Was happy to see I could get the same one as I loved it that much!!! Received it promptly and was ready to go again. ONLY ONE COMPLAINT:. The coffee pot leaks more on the counter than in your cup. I had the old one in the garage, switched pots and am happy again....only because I was able to put coffee in my cup again. LOVE the machine. Hate the pot.

Water, water every where

For a 12 Cup coffee maker, I wondered why it didn’t brew 12 cups. Then I realized it’s because of the over flow drain on the back of the machine. You can’t add water up to 12 Cups or it drains right out of the hole in the back and all over my counter. So we tried brewing 10 cups and it still does it. As it heats the water, the maker spits water out of this hole and it runs down the back of the maker and onto the electrical cord and into the bottom cord storage slot. I’m constantly cleaning water up off of my counters and from underneath the coffee maker. Which is a serious design and safety flaw. Who wants to possibly be electrocuted while trying to make a cup of coffee in the morning. It stinks because it actually makes a good cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this coffee maker for about three years, until I had a guest who pour water in it, and somehow the water got into the front panel, where the clock is. Personally, I like it, I miss it, I think it looks great too, and I want another one. So I'll be buying it again very soon.

Good coffee maker

I bought this coffee maker a few weeks ago. I'm happy with it. It's nothing fancy but it brews well and in the morning I have tasty coffee. The only thing I would change is the design of the pot. You can never get all the coffee out and it's kind of hard to pour. Also when you wash it, it is very difficult to get the inside dry. But it's not a deal breaker for us. Nothing is perfect, right? So all in all were content with our purchase.

This pot has quit everytime I have cleaned it.The clock quits everyone. If you have a few days to wait it might work again. Not this time. 3 Times it has some the same thing. JUNK.

I bought this 6 months ago. The serve and pause cap completely broke off. My last coffee pot lasted almost 10 years, the only reason I got rid of it was because the clock quit working and I couldn't set the timer any more. At this time I would not recommend this coffee maker.
