[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it and my wife the old freezer still works now says this is so much nicer than the old one. My wife thinks it works to good because her ice cream is to hard to scoop out easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my freezer/fridge for 7 mo now and I'm happy with it. I actually bought 2 so I'm happy with them. I have big eaters in my family and we tend to stock up as well when there are sales so I decided that 34 sq ft of cold storage, a 50/50 split, was the way to go. I found these and loved that they were convertible and the price was about the same as buying the average fridge but way more storage space. They're exactly as described though, you can't change the side of the handle. The bottom shelf is about half the depth as the other shelves which means that the bottom drawer is too. Other than those 2 items, I only wish I had gotten the bigger ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that I had made a valuable addition to my kitchen until the whine or shrill noise thing started. It is now off and on, sometimes when it is cooling it whines and sometimes does not, makes me crazy 'cause it is in my kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Freezer I Have Ever Owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have only had this freezer a short time, I love it! The stylish stainless exterior looks great in my kitchen. The interior is well designed and all of the bins make the space very convenient to use. I have not experienced any accumulation of ice crystals on food which I did with my previous freezer. Thanks for a great product!

GREAT FREEZER, BUT!

IF the door is not fully closed an alarm will sound , but its not loud and temps drop quickly if just slightly ajar..... If there is a power failure, make sure it returns to the freezer setting,there are different setting on the control panel to change the MODE. Ours has returned to the refrigerator mode and slowly allowed the frozen food to thaw before we noticed the displayed temp (we keep it in garage) There is also a
"Demo" mode that is not discussed in the user manual that will not allow the unit to cool... holding ( +/setting) for 10 seconds (+) will get you back to active modes.....Terrible user guide. Not real user friendly display controls, But the Freezer is Great when set correctly.
