What's great about it: fast, zero lag, great camera, slim exterior design, great video quality
What's not so great: battery life could be better
This phone is all around amazing. It is seriously one of the most underrated smart phones out there. It has a sleek slim profile, excellent vivid/large display, zero lag, and great sound quality. A slight downside is you can't forget to charge at night or the phone will die, but it will last a full day despite what some others say. Oh yeah it also has a great 8 mega pixel camera and records in 720p. 5 out of 5 stars!!

What's great about it: Nice Screen Size
What's not so great: Would not allow my business emails to come to the phone. Had to send things thru g-mail.
I kept this phone for about 24 hours. The phone would not allow me to add my work email account. My job says that the Android phones don't provide a secure network. I went back to my trusty Blackberry!

What's great about it: Nice big screen, all the apps, easy to use
What's not so great: battery life is ok
I really like the display and all of the apps that are included as a quick convenience. It has all of the features that I am looking for. The only down side is that the battery really only lasts one day and I do not feel like I use it excessively.

I love the phone! My first smartphone and it does everything I hoped it would. The apps are great. It's has user-friendly functions. Great size. Sleek. No complaints there. HOWEVER.... It does not keep a full charge for any amount of time. I have to have a charger at home, in the car and at work. I have decreased the brightness of my screen and constantly check to make sure I don't have too many apps running but it doesn't really help. Thank god the blackberry chargers fit this phone so I have extra! Seriously if it wasn't for the charge, this phone would b perfect.

What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Having to go on line for the tutorial
I'm not as savy on the data phones. This phone my sister and son-in-law have and both have no issues. Thought I would try it. I really need to go online and do the tutorial. I normally read the book when I get a new phone...there really wasn't a book with this phone.

What's great about it: The interface is not overwhelming.
What's not so great: Battery life could be better.
This is my first smart phone. I hesitated for a long time because a) I did not want the burden of a data plan and b) was not convinced I needed all the features. However, now that I have it, I really do like it. I like having email available as needed. I like having internet access too. I am NOT a power user but I find I need to charge the phone every 24-36 hours. I am not sorry I waited this long but I am happy with ths phone. It helps that it was a free upgrade.

What's great about it: The ease in learning to use it.
What's not so great: Poor battery life
This is my first smart phone. I hesitated about upgrading from my trusty little cell phone because I'm not too literate about fancy gadgets. However, this phone is very easy to use and after a couple of weeks using it, I'm now a pro! Because I'm using it constantly, the battery power is not lasting long. I bought an extra charger and now I can play on it all day!

What's great about it: Exceptional Screen
What's not so great: Auto restarts occasionally.
I purchased this phone as an upgrade from my iPhone 3G. I was no longer pleased with the iPhone's 3.5 inch screen, and desired something larger. This phone was an excellent replacement.
The processor is snappy and responsive, and the screen is very large and clear. I absolutely love the screen on this thing. It is very responsive to touch, and serves as an accurate input device. The bottom cover provides quick access to the MicroSD card and the SIM. The only downside to removing this is that the antenna on is attached to this part, so you lose connection when it is removed.
The phone works well, and the AT&T service allows for talking while also browsing the web and using other apps. The screen does not seem to go to sleep when the phone is brought to the ear. This may be a result of a faulty proximity sensor in my phone, but it leads to some random screen presses during the call. This has led to several mid-call hang-ups. The status bar has also crashed a few times. I recieved an error message saying that my status bar crashed and was unable to restore it until the phone was restarted.
Overall, I like this phone. It has served me well so far, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to replace their current phone. The AT&T service is reliable in my area, and I enjoy clear audio during phone calls.

I love this phone! I love how large it is and how easy it is to use. I told myself I would never get a full touch screen phone because I text a lot and I don't want the hassle of pushing the wrong letters all the time. Well, I have not had that problem with this phone. My finger hits the letter I meant to hit. The only thing I don't like about this phone is that once it's fully charged and you start using it, just the smallest things will kill your battery. I have a car charger, a charger in my purse, and a charger at home. So everywhere I go, I'm prepared for my phone to die which it usually does. Other than that, I LOVE IT!

The phone is fast and I love the user interface. It's a lot easier to use than the Motorola Atrix 2, which is what I had before this. I really have no complaints about it. I wish their was the ice cream sandwich update though.. hint hint...

What's great about it: Great WiFi hotspot features
What's not so great: Really Bad Battery.
The features of this phone are great, but the battery life is so bad it cannot even go one day. With minimal use it would be dead by 3-4pm. I traded it in for a Samsung Infuse 4g which has a great battery life.

What's great about it: Battery life, call quality
What's not so great: Apps don't work w/ car stereo.
Had an Apple 3 for a long time. Really miss it. Still new to Android. Salesperson told me that the pandora app worked w/ my pioneer dvd deck in my car. IT DON"T!!! Very mad about that. Something that I used a lot w/ my apple. Maybe pioneer will upgrade deck. Could not afford a new 4s so I went w/ this. It was free w/ 2 year agreement. It is a mechanically pretty nice machine. I like showing off pictures of my grand daughter.

What's great about it: Anything that doesn't involve Text messaging
What's not so great: size of the keys on the keyboard.
Got this phone today and already want to return it. Being a former Blackberry customer, I was use to the easy access to the keyboard. However, on the HTC Inspire, the screen's buttons are so freaken small that when you try to type one letter, it types another. Also, when I want to "crop" a pic for my wallpaper, it NEVER turns out good. I only see half or an extreme closeup for the pic I choose. everything else seems okay but since I text more than talk, I'll be looking for another phone...

What's not so great: Difficult up front then gets easier
The phone locks up and will not turn on. Have to remove the battery (which is extremely hard) then put it back in before the phone will turn on. May just be my phone, not sure. Does not happen all the time but about once every two weeks.
