I switched from the iphone 5 to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - I will NOT be going back to the iphone. I love the larger screen, the swipe typing is much better than point n click! The screen is larger and the apps are just as plentiful as itunes. The other thing Iove about it is that it makes my work productivity much better - we use Gmail as our company's email system and it is a match made in gigabyte heaven!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Great Phone but...

Very fast phone overall. Sometimes the phone had a delay when I log on with password and at other times phone will freeze when I attempt to change screens.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight

As with any new mobile android/smart device, it took me a couple weeks to really learn all functions, but after initial self tutoring and installation of chosen apps, this mobile device is really great. I tell people all the time. I feel no need to update to a newer model, as I find absolutely no reason to do so. Samsung tech/support people are outstanding! The few interactions I have had with them, the reps are very nice, patient and will work with you until any issue is resolved and they want you to be happy. I couldn't say enough good things about the reps, one of the top three best supports I've ever encountered, and that's the truth!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, does at least 90% of what a standard p.c. can!
Cons: a good protective case is suggested.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good overall phone

The note 3 has great features a good design and is an overall good phone. If I was writing this review when I first got the phone I would've said it was great but in the last month or so it's been slowing down and freezing occasionally. It's still a good phone with good features and a good design I just wish it would've the operating speed would've remained consistent.

Cons: my operating system is slowing down, occasional freezing

After having multiple samsung cell phones over the years, I have stepped away a couple of times but I have always returned. My first cell phone was the N200, then the MM-A700, and many in between that. Then came the Samsung S Epic. After the Epic I have never left and would not even think about leaving. Since the Epic I have owned the Galaxy S 2, Galaxy S 3, Note 2, Galaxy S 4, Note 3, and now waiting on the Note 4. I keeps getting better with time. Your whole life is at your finger tips with this product. Samsung makes a great product that is second to none. They make things easy and painless and I would tell anyone searching for a phone to get any Samsung product because you will not be disappointed.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Great phone! Or should I say "mini tablet" I use this more for business than personal use but has so many great functions ~ I have other Samsung products ( tv's - wireless printers, blue ray,) can't believe how easy it was to connect to them all - yes I can print attachments from my phone without opening my laptop! Such a time saver when working from home.
One of my other favorites is being able to share the pictures from my phone directly on our Samsung Smart TV with just a touch if a button...fantastic phone! would highly recommend!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, connectable to other samsung devices

Great phone, great design, I've even recommended this phone to my husband, he has never been a big fan of Samsung but loves this phone! People who have seen me use it are amazed by its capabilities! Great Samsung can't wait for the Note 4.
