I got my phone yesterday and so far I am very impressed. Build quality is superior and the functions are logically placed. There is a lot to learn for me as I am a new Android user. I have also ordered the jet black Galaxy Gear but must wait till 10/15 to collect. Must buy toy for the techies this Christmas
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color

The Note 3 has lived up to, and in some cases surpassed my expectations. I have been with Samsung for the life of the Galaxy line of phones and this one has exceeded my initial expectations. As a person who likes to sketch, I find the S Pen and the Autodesk SketchBook app to be very well designed and together they have provided much entertainment. As I have yet to purchase the Galaxy Gear I cannot speak as to the value or effectiveness of this device in that area, but so far I have been impressed with the battery life, screen performance, and overall system performance. With the exception of the recurring issues with Knox (which supposedly have a pending fix) I am happy with this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: Too big
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Phone

I have had this phone for over a month now and it works great. I run circles around my friends loading pages. And the sound quality is great. I don't sound tinny like other phones do.
So Samsung has created a new genre of mobile devices with the original Note, the "Phablets". Since the birth of these enormous devices, we have come to expect many new features we wouldn't find in other smart phones. Samsung has the most experience in these devices, and it shows.
The Galaxy Note 3 is a beast. Extremely powerful, a big, beautiful full HD display, an increase in internal memory, 3Gb of ram (say what?), and features that will take quite awhile to get to know.
I had the Note 2, and I loved it. Then I bought the S4. Though I felt the Note 2 was the overall better device, the S4 is king for those who didn't want a monster sized device. However, the Note 3 ups the ante in every way. Samsung really is trying to push the innovation to new levels. The S-pen for me is one of the key factors. It was amazing on the Note 2, and they have improved the support for this right out of the box.
I have had this device for a few days, and have had no trouble with performance. The Note 3 runs silky smooth. Even running multi-window and loading the most demanding games, this device handles it like a pro. There is 3Gb of ram, which is the most in a cell phone to this date. I have noticed, that the features included with the software does take quite a bit of the ram; however, you do not notice cause it runs so smooth. I'm thinking that is why Samsung included the extra ram. Then there is the battery. The Note 2 came with a battery that was bigger than some other smart phones. The Note 3 increases the size slightly, however the battery life is still extremely good. I use my phone a lot throughout the day, and still have 30% at the end of the day.
Overall, the Note 3 is the best overall smart phone you can get on the market. The smart phone world is ever changing, so I'm sure something will come along shortly that may compete with this beast; then again, nothing really competed against the Note 2. Even other devices like the One Max cannot even compare. I can't wait to see where Samsung goes with the Note 4, as I will probably get that when the time comes.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, features, performance, battery life

finally made the upgrade from my Galaxy S3 & I'm not disappointed at all with my Note 3, best phone out right now & it's fast
The Note 3 is far more advanced than similar smart phones. The large screen phablet has more features than similar size phones, and the phone has more features than the iPhone. Such a great buy that I bought one for me and one for my girlfriend.
Pros: Realistic color, stylus
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps Getting Better

I have been part of the Galaxy family since the Captivate. It is amazing the progress Galaxy phones have made in such a short time. The Note 3's fit, form an function is perfect for those on the go and for those who need to stay in touch, take notes and are somewhat artistic. The screen size is large, but not too large as I could never see myself going back to anything under 5". The S Pen makes the device; taking notes, photo mark-ups and just plain fun actions make this device stand out from the rest. There are so many things I could cover, 64gb expansion, camera features are just a few of the items that make this phone stand out from the rest. As long as Samsung keeps with this configuration/style of phone I will be a happy customer. The only way this could get any better would be to have an un-carrier branded phone so we could get the true potential out of this phone.
