Totally love this!

This blends frozen fruits very well. I even add frozen Beet Greens, chops them up with no issues. My only issue has been the washer under the blade pops up sometimes, but today the washer actually ended up in my smoothie & was cut. How do I get that replaced?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lid wont come off

The lid will not come off . Definitely a waste of money I have seen many reviews on store sites saying the same thing

If your bottle cap is stuck, even on the base. Try these steps on how to get it out.
1. First, unplug the unit.
2. Then re-tighten the bottle into the cap strongly to achieve a good grip. 3. 3. Then try again to remove from the base by turning it counter-clockwise.

Fruit flies

I have had my unit for years and it has served me well. Recently though, I have been overcome by fruitflies every time I use it. I have noticed it is leaking liquid from my shakes through the bottom...So, wondering if there is shake remnants in the machine itself, unable to be washed so now fruitflies are having a hayday! Other than this, I have loved this model but will be looking elsewhere for one that I can clean more thoroughly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
