What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Durability
I've owned this for three days. The first day, when the computer it was attached to went into hibernation/sleep three of my peripherals were no longer recognized upon waking the computer. I shut down the computer, unplugged this hub, and started again, but the external drives no longer showed up. Tried different configurations of plugging into different ports, etc. No luck. The entire device is dead. Green light shows up, but nothing attached to it is showing up on the computer. Tried on two other computers, same results. The hub died after the first day. Piece of junk, waste of money. Tossed the receipt, so no returns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Has many ports
What's not so great: To light. Move around all over the place on desk
Maybe make it a little heavier so that it would stay more stable on the desk. Other then that it's a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to set up , use.
What's not so great: Not enough hubs.
This product is very good and reliable. I have used this product for nearly a month and find nothing wrong with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: small and out of the way
What's not so great: durability
This unit is fine for a short time but did not last a year for me. I do have multiple USB devices but none are power hungry. However this unit was not up to the task. It was overly warm to the touch all the time even when not all devices were plugged in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: Can't think of anything.
This hub was perfect for me. It was compact which allowed for multiple set up locations. Again the hub is powerful to be so compact!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's not so great: short life span
This thing only lasted me about 6 months before it stopped working all together... which is pretty sad especially when everything connects via usb now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: Quit working
If you buy this product you should keep your receipt and all packing materials. I would look to other brands. I was very disappointed.

What's not so great: reliability
After only a couple months, 4 of the 7 hubs died.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT !
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT !
Best Buy does not stand behind this product UNLESS you keep your receipt AND the original packaging.
Now, who has space to hold onto all that stuff?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
