Took me about 1 hr. 45 min. to do my taxes this year. Turbo Tax makes it so easy. All I had to do was keep the paper work required and enter the information. Will continue to use Turbo Tax as I have for the past 15 years.

This year I had issues

I have used Turbo Tax for many years with no problems at all. For some reason, this year I had issues with the authority level on my computer. I have my computer serviced on a regular basis and nothing had changed. I had to pay the company to help me get past the issue so I could complete my returns. The problem happened when moving from the federal return to the state return. I hope Turbo Tax will fix this problem or I will probably have to find another source in the coming years. In searching for help, I saw that other people had this same issue.

Great Product

I have used this product for several years. It is great and gets better every year. I had a CPA review 3 years worth of returns and he asked who completed them. He said there where deductions that most people miss. He was impressed.

Good Tax experience

I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have had good experience with them. Doing taxes is always a bit scary, but TT makes it a bit less stressful..
