I may have missed this but I think a toll free rep number should be in the introduction. Spent much time interpreting instructions and would have preferred to land line, Over all: I'll use Turbo tax again
As a result my return seems to have duplicate entries for the loss submitted on 2 Sched "E" WkSht copies, possibly causing me to be audited by the IRS and have to pay back a certain amount of my refund.
Done quickly, correctly, e-filed & accepted in hrs

Been using this product for almost 10 years. Completely satisfies my needs. Inexpensive, easy to use. If I get confused by a section there are a myriad of info in the product to fathom out the proper way to go. I love the ability to e-file the return(s) Federal and/or State when done. This year I e-filed and it was received by IRS in less then 2 hours. It was Accepted by IRS within 4 hours and has entered Approval process to give me a check sent date. Cannot see any reason to ever try any other product since this one is working exceptionally well for me.
I filed 1040 Schedule A. Your instructions did not advise me to attach form 1040 to my MO form 1040. However MO form 1040A states to " attach a copy of your federal return". Not sure if you or MO is correct. I did not notice any other statements on MO 1040 that tells me to do this.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
In general, I was very pleased. First TT pulls in all of last years data for comparison. It then gathers brokerage data easily via on-line access. It even handles some subtle data like royalties and foreign tax credit and fills out the schedules automatically. Filling out the various worksheets is great. The final e-file is quick and easy. I have more confidence with the whole process when it error checks everything and gives the final OK.
Perhaps, for my purposes, too detailed in some places.
For me, another input exercise might be to lay out the prior year in one column and be able to input the current year in the next column. If we run into a problem, on a specific line item, have the ability to review this "line item "in the step-by-step format.
Could not easily find a toll free number to talk with a rep if I had procedural instructions. Think this should be in the turbo intro. Therefore I stumbled a few times and eventually did find answers Hope I didn't overlook the number but, overall quite satisfied with Turbotax
