I have found this issue (in cons) in past returns as well...sometimes the info just doesn't take, even though it is entered properly.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use step by step/easy to file.
What's not so great: five instances in the donation section, information input din't take in the forms and required reentering at review.

Awesome Step by Step Assistance

Great, easy step by step assistance. Turbo Tax could walk a dummy through preparing their taxes. Very educational in helping educate one on becoming a self preparing tax guru.
What's great about it: Easy to use Step by Step Process
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is easy to use and the accuracy in checking my work is amazing! I'm impressed with the simpleness in completing ALL my forms. Best of all, my information gets transferred from the year before, cutting down half the time I need to complete my information. Our refund gets automatically deposited into our bank accounts a.s.a.p!

Had a lot of trouble locating the estimated tax forms and was unable to figure out how to tell it to apply part of refund to estimated taxes. Ended up going into the actual forms and entering it there.
Business income goes through many screens that do not apply to someone like me. It could be organized better.

Quick and Easy

Overall I would totally recommend Turbo Tax! It's very user friendly and handy that you can e-file at the end. There were a couple situations regarding investments with pre-tax dollars that were not entirely clear for me but I asked someone I knew and they were able to answer my question so that I could continue filing. Other than that I was able to maximize my deductions and even learned of some situations that applied to me that I didn't know about. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: User friendly, walks you through all scenarios, easy to itemize
What's not so great: Some pre-tax investment situations not totally clear.
