Very easy to navigate! Captures information for future tax filings. Helpful clicks to explain what is needed, and why.
What's great about it: Very Thorough!

2013 Turbo Tax Review

Process is very straight forward and gets easier each year. Software should ask if all data is to be entered manually after the fist input verses trying to download from online sources.
What's great about it: Completed in less than 3 hours after getting all paper work together.
What's not so great: After manual entry of data keeps trying to go through auto download.

I love turbo tax. I look forward to filing, a job I use to run from and dread right after New Year's, now I'm not afraid.
What's great about it: What you haven't thought of, turbo tax lets you know
What's not so great: nothing at this time

15+ years of TurboTax - still love it!

I've been using TurboTax for at least 15 years. Even when my wife had her business, TurboTax was easy to use. Never had an issue with it and have never been audited. Plan to keep using it in the future!
What's great about it: Quick and easy, especially when it brings data from previous year

Any thing you don't understand can be answered by clicking on the help button. They explain everything as you go through from screen to screen. I have used this program for several years now and it is great. A professional tax person who is a close friend told me several years ago to try it out and said I would not be sorry. They were right.
What's great about it: It guides you through with simple straight forward questions.
What's not so great: None

Smooth Sailing

I wanted to apply a portion of my refund this year to next years tax. Didn't see how to do that.
Also, on state return[Ohio] for School District Tax, the next year Estimate Form is not available, so I wanted to go back and delete that an just manually do an estimate, but the program won't let me delete the estimate option once I had checked it. WHY?
What's great about it: Very easy to follow as usual.
What's not so great: Inability to change certain fields
