As with the many years that I have used Turbo Tax there has been constant improvement to make the product better.
What's great about it: The ease of completion
What's not so great: Nothing to dislike

Anytime I can complete my taxes in 2-3 hours, I'm SO happy! The only way I've been able to do this is by using Turbo Tax. Can't see us ever doing them any other way.

I haave used this product for a long time and have always been will pleased with it.
What's great about it: clear instructions and easy to edit work
What's not so great: hard to get printed copy of returns for review
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made it so easy!!

Overall my experience with Turbo Tax was good. I understood the questions and I was able to fill everything out. I was not able to e-file due to not having a pin. I could not contact anyone to help me out with this.
What's great about it: Simple questions
What's not so great: Was not able to e-file. I do not understand why.

Excellent software. Saves all of our family the headache associated with analysis and manual development of sep. tax forms.
What's great about it: Simple, Concise approach towards completing taxes
