Easy and Control

the instructions are very easy and the assistance given made it very helpful. I enjoyed doing it at my own computer and at the convenience of not having to make an appointment or wait in line some where.

Frustrated when not finished

The system would not let me file my taxes as it said it needed an update. I went to do the update and it stated no updates were needed. To go back into the filing my taxes I could not pick up where I left off, I had to start at the beginning again, lucky it save most of the data, but having to click continue on each screen was a pain.
What's great about it: I do not have to fill out paper via a pen.
What's not so great: Have to start over if you go from one tab to another.

Ease of Mind

Unless you are an accountatnt and live the tax life style you only do this exercise once a year. With our busy live it makes it difficult to focus on tax returns and having a comfort level with the process. You always have the thought in the back of your mind that questions what the outcome will be. It is like having to visit the dentist office.
Turbo Tax made the process extremely bearable. The process was very easy to follow. The help function was so helpful and the program walked me through the whole process and gave me much needed peace of mind.

After paying someone to do my taxes just once I realized that the only way to do taxes and feel good about doing it was to use Turbo Tax. Year after Year this program makes this process as simple as possible. Thank you.
