Turbo tax again again

As usual, Turbo Tax made figuring my takes tolerable, even easy sometimes. The only real problem that I had was fixing an import mistake from last year. It was a local tax issue that didn't jump out at me last year because TurboTax doesn't file my local taxes. When I found it it was a 2 order of magnitude error. I corrected it but had to hand-correct the 2013 return.
What's great about it: It made doing my taxes tolerable
What's not so great: hard to backtrack to fix import mistakes

NO HELP AT ALL

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS. I GUESS THEY ARE OKAY UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. MY RETURN WAS REJECTED BY IRS AND THEY GAVE ME NO HELP TO FIX IT. I COULD NOT FIND A PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE. DID NOT SEE THE PHONE ICON ANYWHERE. THERE WAS NO CHAT BOX ANYWHERE. IF THEY AREN'T THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT, WHAT IS THE POINT??? I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION.
What's great about it: EASY TO WORK ON TAXES
What's not so great: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE--COULD NOT FIND PHONE NUMBER OR CHAT BOX

Easy as Pie

Once again I am extremely pleased with Turbo Tax. It is super easy to use and very straight forward. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends and i have been for the last 15 years or so. Love the program and you have a loyal consumer in me for many years to come.
What's great about it: Helpful Guidance and Tips. Super Easy to Use
What's not so great: It use to be a little easy to find the step by step stuff to go back and edit what needed to be changed.

Not overtaxing of the nerves, etc

I will use it again next year. You don't recognize persons that have no nickname(s).
What's great about it: Very helpful when info titles are used from last year
What's not so great: Sometimes it seemed overwhelming

Great help

Applying the Clergy Housing Allowance to 1099-R was not intuitive and difficult to figure out.
What's great about it: asked me the right questions all the way through
What's not so great: technical difficulties with clergy housing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Federal - Excellent, but State of MS - Poor

I have used Turbo Tax ever since it was introduced and always gave it the highest rating. Federal program this year was as great as ever. The Mississippi Program on the other hand was flawed and I was unable to file electronically due to the hundreds of phantom errors. This was so unlike TurboTax......very disappointed.
What's great about it: Easy Guide
What's not so great: State of MS Program flawed this year.

I will never go back to Tax cut!
this rocks, and my return was accepted faster with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: the software imported everything from Tax Cut from last year and was easy
What's not so great: I think it was a little more expensive
