Overall is a good product.
I worked on loading the software for over 8 hrs on my PC.
Continual error message regarding a problem with .Net framework . I reloaded .net framework , updated xp retried the load sat there an hour at a time just be told oops theres a problem wit .Net frame work , wait while we fix the problem... again re loaded it yet again hour later same message. Went to Turbo-tax help .... no help said to do what I had done 10 times already. After doing the same thing on my lap top (also XP) finally got loaded. After that it work's as usual. Been using Turbo Tax for years.

What's great about it: One I got it loaded it was easy to use and did the job

The only way it would be easier is if I could import all my tax forms so I wouldn't need to enter anything manually

Doesn't handle all the State Information

A better handling of the state forms would be very helpful.
Won't be necessary for me next year as there will be no state requirement to file a return.

What's great about it: turbo tax saves a lot of manuel labor. I used to do AARP taxes as volunteer and this is a better program.
What's not so great: When transfering the federal data to the state form some of the data you have to type in is acutally in the federal form

What's great about it: The instructions get alittle easier / better each year, even though the tax code gets more complicated!
What's not so great: See more "inside baseball" info to know what future moves would make me eligible for a given credit or deduction
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Live person with very short wait on TurboTax help line was extremely helpful.
What's great about it: Walked through, asked questions, step by step.
What's not so great: Could not locate how to delay payment of tax
