Very good, but not perfect

I found a software mistake in worksheet #4 of Figure Your Taxable Benefit Under the Lump-Sum Election Method, contacted customer service who also saw the mistake which would have meant a tax liability increase of over $3,000. Thank God I am so carefull that I manually do my taxes along with the tax program and I was ale to override the data. But, I have to say that the H&R Block program can not even be compared to the walk through for more complex tax scenarios provided for by TurboTax. You have converted a once faithful H&R Block software user. I wish I tried TurboTax sooner. Thank You, Intuit!
What's great about it: easy to use and most comprehensive program on market

Easier Than Expected

TurboTax made doing my taxes way easier than I expected. I had no idea the number of credits I qualified for. Thanks, TurboTax!
What's great about it: Guided through the enitre filing process with clickable hints
What's not so great: Can only free file one State return

Happy, Happy, Happy

I have used TTax for over 20 years and it has saved me THOUSANDS on taxes. From being single to getting married, buying homes, moving to 4 different states, having kids, and now getting them through school while investing for retirement - TTax has been with us all along. Many is the time that the Easy Guide made me stop and look for forgotten documents that saved me from paying more taxes than a truly owed. TTax makes tax time as pleasant as the season can be!
What's great about it: Love the Easy Guide - use it every year and miss NOTHING!

What's great about it: Makes it much easier and more accurate to file income taxes

I am thinking next year of going to an accountant.
What's great about it: I am getting older, I guess, I disliked having to go through every deduction I had done to get to a new deduction.
What's not so great: After several attempts I gave up on the state sells tax.

Great Job

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This was one of the easiest to file. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I would recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to use and very clear instructions.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
