The forms are somewhat easier than in past years. This is making it easier to input information. As an individual who has used Turbo Tax for several years, I think there should be a smaller fee for customer service. E-filing cost too much already and I understand that you do not receive these funds but it would make the effort for proofing better.

When editing an entry to verify details or do corrections, the software always returns to the first item in a category. This requires scrolling back down to the position where I was working.
The program should return to line from which the EDIT button was pushed.
What's great about it: Most features are great.
What's not so great: Returns to top of categories when editing details of entry

Been using Turbotax for years now and will continue to use - maximum returns and very easy to use !!!
What's great about it: Fast and easy - maximum return
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

LOVE This Program!

I would recommend this program to anyone who doesn't need an accountant. The steps are easy to follow and it doesn't take days to gather and file the information. It literally took me about 2 1/2 hours to do & file my taxes, both federal and state! How great is that?!?
What's great about it: I love that I can do this from the convenience of my home. It walks me through everything and it's easy to follow!
What's not so great: Was a little unclear about the HDHP

On the Oregon Tax, the entry for Medical and Dentist need an explanation. What does medical include. Add place to explain.
Was easier to use the year.
What's great about it: Was easy to use and could find answers to questions easily.
What's not so great: could not log into my account even after I got a pin number to change my password. Trie to call for help. Not very good

I like Turbo Tax. We have filed taxes with them since 2011. However, each year when we start to file, the program says there is no previous tax information and we have to load it ALL.
I buy a disc where ever I find it cheapest so may be that's the prob.
I'm pretty computer savy, but I find myself becoming frustrated easily because it's hard to find my way around. Others have told me Turbo Tax is VERY easy so I must be doing something wrong.
I'll use the program again next year and hope it is easy.

What's great about it: Love typing in forms rather than writing it out
What's not so great: Help sections should open in a new window or tab so it's easier to find your way back to where you left off.
