Make Tax Filing Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and each year it seems to improve. This year was no different, but with the improvements there come additional challenges. Specifically it has become more difficult to chase down specific results (the calculation sources#. It would be ideal if there was an excel-like link to the source of the numbers #showing what was used to calculate the result. I would also find a summary page with the key 1040 numbers and their key sources (like 1040 line 7 showing the individual W2 numbers that summed up to it). I'll be back next year!
What's great about it: Clean process, clear explanations, details when needed
What's not so great: Missing a crisp wrap-up summary of the key numbers
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Speed My Refund!

TurboTax is an excellent software to help you do your taxes and ensure that you get your maximum refund.
What's great about it: Easy to use & understand
What's not so great: A better way to indicated that the tax submission did not go through.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and plan to continue as long as it is affordable.

Would be alittle easier if there was a note at beginning of W-2"s

Almost perfect

Turbo Tax continues to improve each year. Liked the feature to let me avoid typing in investment transactions and mailing the investment house papers with Form 8453 after electronic filing. BUT, somehow the program threw in a Schedule K-1 that took me some 30 minutes to correctly delete. The info on the Q&A forum was ineffective. Fix this for next year, Turbotax!

Basically I think everything was good about the program. I did not have a chance to contact one of the support people but last year they were extremely helpful
