Harder

I have done this for many years and it always gets done. It took awhile to get lastl year's information but when I figured that out things went quite well, andif I am still allive, I will use Turbo Tax next year
What's great about it: It is finished
What's not so great: Took longer, but I am older

Easy as pie!

I would suggest this to my friends and family.
What's great about it: Simple, fast, easy to understand
What's not so great: possible bug confused me for a while but it resolved itself after an update
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Convenient

I had trouble with sending my e return at the end. It kept saying I had two errors in form 5695. Turns out that two squares had zeros in them instead of being blank. I think turbotax put in the zeros.
What's great about it: Fast, easy
What's not so great: Sometimes I don't know how to get back to links.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Sometimes painful to navigate

Overall TurboTax is good and easy to use. However, it should be easier to revisit and edit previous entries. It is a real pain to have to go through each and every step when revisiting a subject.
What's great about it: Transfer of data
What's not so great: Difficulty of revisiting

I wouldn't use anything else and I used to have rentals and loved ease of use.

Always a harrowing time

Ran through the software easily. Been a TurboTax user since 2006!! But, when I got to the HSA part the amounts to enter and the definitions of what to enter were vague and I struggled terribly with it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions and thorough coverage of all tax areas.
What's not so great: Could use clearer instructions and explainations of amounts to enter in certain areas.
