FANTASTIC refund!!

I will continue using TurboTax and will always recommend others to use it!!
What's great about it: Filing was extremely easy, and the software is very user friendly!
What's not so great: None!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It gets worse

Getting worse every year, I have the same tax situation for the last 7 years, however the software doesn't ask all the questions as previously, poor quality, wether it the tax software or the taxing authority , I don't know, but I shouldn't have to go back and enter stuff it should of seen from previous years. Extremely disappointed. I will finally try a different software next year, been with turbo tax since the start of it, seems sad. But it takes a lot to disappoint a long time user

This is my second year and though my returns are much easier now that I am retired it is a great feeling to get them done so well and so quickly.

I thought it was OK until my wife's return

I am stuck in a loop trying to make the software deal with my spouse's state return. Never mind why -- it just keeps taking me back to federal and refusing to let me get to e-filing the state form. It would take less time to fill it out by hand, which is what I guess I will have to do. Stupid stupid stupid.

My finances are pretty simple, so Turbo Tax Deluxe is perfect for my taxes. Prepared my own for several years using Deluxe, saves the money of an accountant, do it at my own convenience. Fits my schedule, my financial and tax situation, and my budget better than anything else.
What's great about it: Ease of use and time it takes
What's not so great: May be complicated or time consuming for more intricate returns

My 2 cents Deluxe Version

I've been using the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax for over 15 years. Although a few past years were a bit "rocky", this year's program reminded me a great deal of my first year's experience wherein the process went like clockwork.; fast, easy and no curve balls.
My taxes were fairly simple. However, I am not so sure about its handling of more complex issues like tax exempt bonds. I will reserve comment on that matter once I complete another set of taxes on the Premier version 2013. Stay tuned...
What's great about it: User friendly, Fast, easy and Straight forward.
What's not so great: None for the Deluxe Version

Another easy tax preparation thanks to Turbo Tax

In the past I'd prepare my taxes manually then pay a rather large fee to have them "reviewed" and electronically filed. Turbo tax does all that for you and you never have to leave your house.
(Perfect for the shut in, or for members of any "most wanted group").

Highly recommended for anyone that has a brain and the ability to answer questions. Plus it has pretty colors.
What's great about it: Step by step Q&A format ensures thorough review of tax situation.
What's not so great: Still won't provide me a time machine (just kidding, no cons)
