Love Turbo Tax after it's competitors

I switched one year to one of the competitors and promptly switched back. Turbo Tax is just so much better.

Disappointed

The various pages were obviously coded by different people. Some pages have you click Yes or No on radio boxes and then click a Continue button, while other pages have Yes and No buttons instead. There is no consistency in the user interface. If you click the Back button 2 or 3 time the pages seem to get confused when you go back forward again. I put several contributions into It's Deductible and TurboTax can't find the data to import it. Perhaps the It's deductible web site takes a while before it lets the data be available. I'll be trying again.
What's great about it: Calculated taxes accurately - I think
What's not so great: Inconsistant pages

the customer service rep was absolutely the best. YOU NEED TO GIVE HER A BIG RAISE. She deserves it!!
What's great about it: you had the absolute best lady to take care of the issues.
What's not so great: that it took so long but that had nothing to do with the customer service lady that I spoke with.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

HIDDEN FEES

I would use a different program to file taxes. After purchasing the disc and paying refund services, I would not use TurboTax again.
