Great service.

A great experience overall. The only negative experience was having to disable my antivirus software before I could download the updates. During the time it took me to do this, I felt very exposed and uneasy. Other than that, Turbo Tax is a great product that I'd recommend to anyone.
What's great about it: Easy to install and easy to follow
What's not so great: I couldn't download updates until I disabled my ativirus software.

I have used TurboTax for several years now and seen it mature into a very easy to use product. If one will allow it to do so, the program will walk you through tax preparation pain free.
What's great about it: Straightforward, easy to use. Easy to understand.

Clear and Covered Every Aspect of the Tax Process

Turbo Tax was incredibly efficient and accurate.
Walked through every aspect of the procedure as we went along and questions were clearly answered.
We were able to review areas and go back as needed.
We finished our taxes in record time!
My husband (old school - pen and paper) would have really appreciated an explanation how the taxes would be filed legally without a signature or verification of information we provided before we began.

I really like Turbo Tax. Its easy and it walk me through everything. It even explains each step.
