The help info provided for old returns provided easy to follow instructions on how to move last years returns to the new computer.
As always the tax return process was easy to understand and intuitive.

So Easy to Use - Load off my Mind!

I was dreading trying something new, but it was so painless and I will be telling everyone I know how wonderful Turbo Tax is and how easy and user-friendly it is. Thank you, thank you, thank you.......
What's great about it: I didn't have to order forms. Turbo Tax decided and provided all necessary forms!
What's not so great: There wasn't anything I didn't like!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Short but sweet

It usually takes me around 2 days to complete everything . This year less than 1!
What's great about it: My filing process was so quick this year
What's not so great: I hope next year turbotax will direct my income (retired) beyond the w2 spot to the ss area I need

Fairly Easy

As a fairly young man, there are a lot of questions that I was asked that was necessary for someone like me such as owning a house, being married, or having children. I may or may not use TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use, to the point
What's not so great: Asked several questions that didn't apply to me

2013 Tax Experience

Most of Turbo Tax is very good. However, it doesn't seem to pull information about home offices and assets from previous year returns. Also, my wife has two different businesses with a home office for each one and I also have a home office for a part-time job. In going through the forms it was sometimes confusing as to what Turbo Tax was asking about which home office. I would start out working on a home office for one job and it seemed like it switched to asking for information about another home office without telling me. Putting some type of indicator on each screen would have helped me keep things straight. Also, it asked me for some cost figures and for some dates that I am positive were on last year's forms but it didn't bring this information over from last year.
What's great about it: Program is very very thorough.
What's not so great: Program does not have all the information from previous year return, especially when it comes to home office assets etc.
