Good on Federal - State software was a waste

I receive a pension from my husband, who is deceased, and was born in 1940. When I put in the information, the software put the pension in the wrong portion of the pension form, limiting the subtraction from income to an incorrect $20,000. After checking my entries a few times, I gave up, and completed my state form manually without the use of turbo tax.
I'm sure it was the software, since after I did my return, one of your software updates fixed the problem. I feel sorry for those that relied on your software.
What's great about it: Easy to put in information, federal return calculated correctly
What's not so great: State of Michigan return had a programming error

A great tool for those new to taxes and those who want to learn more. It is great for every stage of your life as tax situations become more complex.
What's great about it: Great instructions. ez to manuever about, incl. swtiching from auto input to actual 1040 form.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I love Turbo Tax even though I hate math. Was nervous at first but since using Turbo Tax I've been doing my own taxes for over 5 years now.
What's great about it: Gets easier every Year!
What's not so great: Still some technical things that could be explained better

I continiue to use Turbo tax year after year. I feel confident in the calculations, compliance with the tax rules, and so easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Just like a GPS, Importing from last year

Does the marketing department for the 100% guarantee do any income tax returns? Overrides are needed and e filing is the preferred way to file so PLEASE allow us overrides and e-filing all with the same return.
BTW 2012 Turbo Tax allowed the override.

Simple and great experience

I have used Turbo Tax for some time now and even though there maybe cheaper or free ways to file, I won't use anything but Turbo Tax.
