Wonderful product. All the new rules covering health insurance are dealt with, but the questions could be streamlined.
What's great about it: Leading Questions-any one can file
What's not so great: Should be more options to skip items tht do not apply

If download doesn't work, I have to go elsewhere.
What's great about it: History of tax record
What's not so great: download was painful this year... got stuck and almost couldn't do it.

The biggest problem I find with Turbo Tax is when I go back to change an entry and then continue I have to reenter every thing from that point to where I went back from.
What's great about it: Price is ok. Does a good job with tax's
What's not so great: Does not remember what I entered if I go back to make a change.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax makes paying Federal Taxes less painful

Turbotax makes having to pay Federal taxes less painful than having to fill out the forms manually.
What's great about it: The questions are clear on how to answer and it pulls in last years information,

Year after year...

In the early years of Turbo Tax (like around the yr 2000), I did everything by hand and then used Turbo Tax just to make sure everything was correct. The last 10 years I have relied solely on Turbo Tax and like it more EACH YEAR! Constant improvements to the interface while still maintaining a logical and orderly approach in accomplishing the task at hand make Turbo Tax the only choice for me.
What's great about it: Walk me thru quickly and with confidence

Not so intuitive

Can not file State from this program. It has worked the previous 5 years I have been using this software but this year it is broken. The instructions say to choose "File" menu and then "efile options" but there is no "efile options". This is a serious flaw in the program and will prevent me from ever buying this software again in the future unless it is fixed ASAP.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: State Tax e-filing impossible

Turbo Tax is good - I have been using it for many years now and will continue using it
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: had to try a few times before efile would transmit
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
