Solid, Clear

The ability to carryforward information from previous years is a time saver. I also appreciate being able to download info on W-2's and bank accounts.
What's great about it: Transfer or prior years' info.; reminds me of everything.
What's not so great: none

Had to pay but TurboTax is great anyway

I have used TurboTax for years and find it so easy to file my taxes and those of my family.
What's great about it: It's so easy to use and explains what you need to do
What's not so great: You used to pick up your return exactly where you left off. This year's takes you to the beginning each time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

TurboTax Deluxe CDROM

I give Turbo Tax Deluxe an 80%. Still needs work to make it less user hostile.
What's great about it: Nice Easy Fairly Nice
What's not so great: Doesn't have a progress meter. Doens't "find" its way back automatically to where you left off.

2013 Return

Wish I had known that my version of Quicken was no longer going to load information into Turbo Tax prior to the end of the year. Maybe it was in the details somewhere earlier, but I did not find out until I started to complete my taxes for 2013 and felt it was too late to upgrade Quicken and learn about the changes while in the midst of completing tax forms. I know I will have to update Quicken for next year now however!!!
What's great about it: Great support help with questions
What's not so great: was unable to get information from quicken this year

We have been using Turbo Tax for years and have been pleased every year.
What's great about it: liked the reviews, making sure nothing was omitted.
