Peace of Mind

I've used Turbo Tax for 8 years and will continue to use it in the future. My taxes are not complicated but it gives me peace of mind knowing that my taxes are completed correctly and that I have little to fear in the form of audits from the IRS. For me, it's worth the price, especially knowing I can complete everything in an hour or two.

It's not so bad

I've used TurboTax for many years and each year it gets a bit easier to use. I don't mind doing the taxes as much any more, though it will never be my idea of fun....even when I get a refund.
What's great about it: Every year, I dread doing the taxes, but they seem to get easier each year.
What's not so great: It's taxes after all, it will never be great; even if you get a refund!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

If you want to go back and correct 1 entry, it's not clear how to go back to that specific entry and you can't just fix that one entry -- you have to go through ALL the questions in that sectiona again. In the State section, it's not broken out into sections, so you have to do the entire State over again to fix 1 entry.
Other than that, Turbo Tax is wonderful -- easy to use, easy to follow. Thank you!
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Difficult to go back and correct 1 thing without going through the whole sectiona gain (especially in the State section)

Refund Rocks

When I was trying to upgrade, another app upgrade shut down the computer and this caused some major problems in me getting past the "user rejected upgrade" issue. Simply restarting the computer, did not work.
What's great about it: Simplicity
What's not so great: Software Upgrade

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and it's helped me so much since this is a burden to do anyway. My husband has been ill for the past 8 yrs. and keeping records of medical, etc. has been easier with Turbo Tax. I highly recommend it to my friends.
What's great about it: Helped me Tremendously!
What's not so great: Can't think of any at the moment!

What I Like About Turbo Tax

I like Turbo Tax because it carries me through the entire program with ease. My refund usually comes within a short time.
