I've used Turbo Tax for years. If you are doing your taxes on the same computer as last year it's dead simple!
What's great about it: So simple a cavemen could do it!

What's great about it: absolutely wonderful customer help
What's not so great: i didnt know you had to file federal separate from state so now i have to wait another month
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The product is easy to use and guides you along all aspects of tax preparation. I like how it imports all the information from the previous year’s tax return.

The nonstress tax preperation

I am very happy with TurboTax. I have been using it for about seven years or maybe longer. I got tired of having a tax prep. company prepare my taxes. It seemed like they were just a factory worker and the sooner they finished your return and collected your payment they would hurry you out the door and usher the next victim in!
What's great about it: easy and simple

I have used this product for several years & for the most part find it helpful. There are only a few areas that might be improved. Overall, it's an excellent product.
What's great about it: Liked the ease of importing information
What's not so great: Some areas are not clear
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easy to use if you have all your paperwork in order.
What's great about it: Steps pretty easy to follow
What's not so great: Didn't identify Tax Credit For Working Poor for state return.
