Great software, very easy to use and file your taxes. Guides you through the entire process with specific instructions and suggestions.

I've used turbo tax for many years and will continue to do so
I've found the easy guide a good way for me to understand the information I need to provide with totally understanding every new and old tax law. Turbo tax has been helpful and accurate.

Had a glitch this year

I had my return finished and wanted to print it for review. Two weeks later when I opened TT up, I was instructed to do an update. After the update, I lost the complete file and last year's return file also. I had to manually input everything and spent an extra 8 hours on this. Not a happy camper with using TT this year!!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate. Have used for 10 years
What's not so great: Glitch wiped out file

Much easier than manually doing my taxes. I have used TurboTax for many years and always use the guide method to be sure i don't overlook any items.
What's great about it: It's Deductible is very helpful
What's not so great: Sometimes the review shows errors I don't recall entering
Pros: I bought or sold investments

E-File Poor

Had to do an override per our accountant and TurboTax would not allow us to E-File our return because of doing an override.
