Fear Not...Turbo Tax To The Rescue!

Perfect fit for even the most computer "queasy" users. I considered having an accountant do our taxes this year to maximize our refund but realized Turbo Tax Deluxe had it covered and then some.
What's great about it: Clear, easy to follow directions!

What's not so great: Best left for easy returns or someone with experience for more complicated returns.

refund with ease

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and it is great. Super easy to use, walks you through each step and provides tons of help for any questions that my come up.
What's great about it: Easy to use, checks for errors and they are easy to fix when found.
What's not so great: having to pay for the state e-file after paying for the program

Killed it!

I love TurboTax. I use it every year because it is so easy to use!
What's great about it: Gave me a lot of money back, fast!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The state sales tax deduction was not dealt with in the first time through the questions, I had to go back in and find where I could enter that info. When your taxpayer is from Washington State, says the lived there exclusively, says they worked there exclusively, the program should A) go the state sales tax deduction, and B) quit trying to take me to state income tax filing. It got annoying.
What's great about it: Consistent look and feel.
What's not so great: I live in Washington State, I have only worked in Washington State. Quit trying to take me to the state filing page.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. Always easy to use! The only software I will use to file taxes.
