I used turbo tax before then used professional tax person I ended up paying using professional. So Im using turbo tax forever

I have been using TurboTax for many years and each year
they make it easier to answer the questions and fill out
the forms. In addition just one click and all the information
from the previous years return is loaded for your use.

What's great about it: They must do a lot of testing: every year it is easier to use.
What's not so great: I honestly don't know and cons.

Quick and through for my needs. Only one suggestion--in the past, updates were handled automatically. This version required me to go through the Online feature and manually update for late IRS changes. I could have missed that item.
I think TT should also be sold with one State return included. I do not like the idea of having to buy an extra feature at the time of filing.
Otherwise, I'll be back next year, God willing!!!

What's great about it: Easy transfer from last year.
What's not so great: Updates are not automatic and State returns need to be purchased separately via credit card.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: Very comprerrsive overall
What's not so great: Little confusing going through the various forms and time table

Did'nt feel I was missing out on returns. Easy to follow...appreciate the friendly touches & the overall feel. Thanks!!
What's great about it: Liked to be able to back up easily & review data without losing it !
What's not so great: Seems on setup you give personal info- so you won't be bugged for personal info.

This is very easy to use. The form saves you a lot of time. It takes you step by step and you can stop anytime and then continue when you want.
What's great about it: SOOOOOOOOOOO easy to use.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 13 years now and it has made the process smooth and reliable. Turbo tax not only fills all the boxes it helps me make certain I don't miss a deduction or an income. I feel confident every year when I file using Turbo Tax that I have not made any mistakes, that I won't be audited, and that I have taken all the legal deductions allowed.
